GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENTING
PROCEDURES OF USE
The clients, that occupy the houses, are exclusively allowed to use the dwellings and their services, the recreational and sports-equipments, the external areas, the common parts and everything else according to the beds indicated in the description.
Only the houses’ owners or their delegates can expressly authorize external visits of other people.
Clients are allowed to use extra beds exclusively through an advance authorization at the moment of booking and after having paid the relative corresponding amount.
Animals are never allowed: only the owner will allow their presence in some structures, and after an advance and explicit request and declaration of the type of animal (i.e. race, stature, dimensions, and so on…), which have to be done at the moment of booking, paying the relative corresponding amount. Whenever it is given a different description of the animal, the owner can refuse its access and the client will have no right to any refund.
Clients must respect scrupulously these norms and regulations relating to the house, the common places, the sport-equipments and to the other outfits. The clients, who will infringe these norms or behave disturbing the others dwellings’ occupiers, will be immediately sent away and will not receive a refund of the corresponding amount of the not-benefited periods and of the security.
PRICES
Prices are per flats for a weekly-renting (from Saturday to Saturday).
The rates refer to the rental of the house and include its normal running costs: water and electricity.
Final cleaning costs are € 25 and must be paid directly by the renter.
Bed and bath linens (not including kitchen towels and table linen), which are changed once a week, cost € 25 unless otherwise agreed.
The eventual use of heating and of air conditioning is not included in the weekly-tariffs and it will be paid according to the effective consumption.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES
30% at the moment of booking as its confirmation.
70% will arrive 50 days before the date during which the renting starts.
Payments will be done in favour of:
Agenzia PRIMA, Via Roma, 22/24, 06065 Passignano sul Trasimeno (PG), through bank payment or vaglia postale or telegrafico.
EVENTUAL CANCELLATION
Whenever the client should cancel his/her booking, the following percentages, referred to the total amount of the journey, will be at his/her charge:
10% if she/he communicates the cancellation 50 days before the starting date of renting.
50% if she/he communicates the cancellation between the 50th and 30th from the starting date of renting.
90% if she/he communicates the cancellation between the 30th day and the starting date of renting.
SECURITY
Clients are considered the “caretaker” of the real estate for the period during which they are in it.
A safety deposit of up to € 300 is requested, per flats will be paid at the moment of the dwellings’ taken-over. Such security will be returned at the moment of departure, upon deduction of the amount of the eventual damages caused to the flat or to everything contained in it. The client is obliged to refund the amount of the eventual damages that exceed the security’s amount.
TIMES OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrivals will be on Saturday between 4 p.m. and 18 p.m.
Departures will be on Saturday between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Clients have to communicate in time eventual variation about their times of arrival or departure and anyway it is not guaranteed their acceptance other than the above-mentioned times.
SERVICES:
The owner is not responsible for the eventual services’ breakdown caused by the supplying companies or by circumstances beyond one’s control. In case of damages to installations and equipments the owner is obliged to repair them as soon as possible.
In the above-mentioned cases, clients will not have the right to any refund.
